Cordstrap, world leader manufacturer in high resistance polyester straps, has organized in its factory located in Oostrum (Netherlands) a cargo lashing course specially designed to forwarders, stevedores and cargo surveyors.

The course was directed and reached by Jantony Meulendijks, Production & Supply Planning Manager at Cordstrap, and it was directed to analyze the current regulation, last legislative modifications, and the design and using of lashing systems. In addition to this, we have to emphasize that the course was eminently practical, and the participants had the chance to try and to verify the lashing systems in the factory installations, and even they could participate in the material resistance tests made by the quality department.

Professional Survey, as a sign of the relevance that it gives to academic training and knowledge refresh, sent two of its technical directors to this course.
